Common Issues
My video is taking too long to process
Processing time depends on video length and your internet connection. For videos under 2 minutes, processing typically takes under a minute. If it is taking longer, check your internet connection and try again.
The audio quality does not sound right
For best results, ensure your original video has clear audio with minimal background noise. Recording in a quiet environment produces the best accent transformation results.
I cannot import my video
Make sure your video is in a supported format (MP4, MOV). Also ensure you have granted Rayo permission to access your photo library in your device settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
