By downloading and using Rayo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of Service

Rayo is provided for personal and commercial use. You may use the accent-modified videos for any legal purpose, including publishing on social media, business presentations, and educational content.

Subscriptions

Rayo offers in-app subscription plans managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all videos you create or process through Rayo. The Rayo app, its technology, and branding are the intellectual property of FERMAVE LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Rayo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FERMAVE LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
